compresses cone to size of crusher gap. Measrues compressed cone
with rule to determine amount of adjustment of crusher opening.

turn trheaded crusher bowl to set gap at specified opening.
Drives wedges and bolts locking links to secure bowl, uisng
sledges, pliers, and pry bars.
